Wow, 2020 has come to an end; to say it has been a challenging year for our world would be an understatement! As we take a look back on 2020 for LTW, we have faced many of the same challenges as everyone else, including (to name a few) the cancellation of in-person programs, retreats and contracts, the costs of converting our in-person content to on-line and dealing with the stress of COVID personally and professionally while attempting to stay positive and look ahead with zero certainty!!
While all the aforementioned things were stressful and challenging, we had some really great learnings and initiatives emerge! We added some amazing new team members who have brought a new and fresh perspective. We connected and supported new clients as well as existing ones. We successfully pivoted to online virtual programs. We brainstormed and came up with creative ways to support our clients through this unprecedented time, and the best result was that in doing so, it brought us closer as a team and we celebrated together in the fall with a team campout! (following all COVID rules).
As we look to 2021, we are cautiously optimistic that COVID will get under control and we are excited to continue to grow our business by helping our clients successfully achieve their goals. AND we are thrilled that Lead the Way will have a new LITTLE family member in the spring when Kylene and Adam welcome their first child!!!
