During one of my courses from my Masters degree this semester, I found myself at times struggling with the deep learning structure and felt as though there was not enough time to master all the applications in the given timeframe. Inside, I had this self-imposed urgency that I needed to master everything during those sessions. As I took a breath, I came to the realization that I am responsible for my own learning and development, and the root of my frustration was the curiosity of wanting to learn more so I can be a more effective Coach.

However, we know that Rome wasn’t built in a day and this course wasn’t designed for me to master all the little nuances in a sitting. Once I accepted that, a weight lifted off of me and I could really embrace the process of continuous learning.
