Health Tip: Start by Making Small Changes

Health doesn’t have to be complicated. And it doesn’t mean you have to make drastic changes all at once. It also doesn’t mean just our physical health, especially the kind that social media likes to portray (ie. tiny waists or big butts). What it does mean to me is unplugging from electronics on Sunday night. It means making an effort to be active most days. It also means eating my fruit and vegetables most of the time.

The best type of exercise is the one YOU enjoy doing! And the best “diet” is the one that gives you energy and doesn’t cause stress with meal prepping or eliminating foods you love. Overall wellness gives you a sense of balance in all areas of your life.
