Please review the following terms and conditions below prior to registration.

Payment/Donation:

• There is no entry fee for teams to register.  All teams are required to fundraise for the event, with the goal of $500.00 or more of donations raised by May 31, 2022.  The payment can be made by mail, in person at their office or through their donation page. Please do not bring cash or payment on the event day.

Event Details:

• All teams are allowed up to 5 members per team.

​

• Teams must supply their own costumes and props for the event day.

​

• Please submit your Lip Sync Song Selection upon registration.  As this is a family-orientated and public event, all teams must agree that the song choice does not contain any explicit content including strong language, profanity, discriminatory language and references to violence, sexual behaviour, violence, or physical or mental abuse.

• Teams must have available a copy of their song on a USB stick on the event day.

​

• This is an outdoor event and will be hosted at Bower Ponds, 4715 Fountain Drive, Red Deer Alberta. The event will proceed rain or shine. 

​

• The event will run from 10 am - 4 pm.  Teams are not required to be at the event for the full duration but must arrive on-site no later than 45min prior to their scheduled start time. On the event day, upon arrival all teams must check-in at the registration booth on-site.  

​

• The schedule for team performances will be announced closer to the date and posted on our website.  These times may vary depending on the length of performances.  All teams must arrive on-site to register 45min prior to their timeslot.

​

• There is no cost for spectators to attend the event.
